In 2023, the program expects to grant 60 scholarships, each with the cash value VND 15,000,000 for students of 19 universities. Applicants must be in their third academic year or above with overall GPA not lower than 7.0 in 10 scale or 3.0 in 4.0 scale. Moreover, the program prioritizes students with active participation in extracurricular activities, clear career planning and good command of English.
By applying for the scholarship, students can earn the benefits such as a cash value of 15,000,000 VND, prestigious recognition from over 550 AmCham member companies (leading multinational countries with branches in Vietnam), and priority access to community activities from AmCham & AmCham member companies. 1. About Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program and A4U:
?Alliance of 4 Universities (A4U) is a strategic partnership of four Spanish public universities: Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona (UPB), and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). One of the objectives of A4U internationalization strategy is to promote mobility with leading universities in non-European countries.
?A4U has been awarded funds under Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program, which enables staff from A4U universities and its partner universities to undertake a mobility stay.
?Value of award: 2,620 EUR (full week living allowance and travel expenses).
?Duration: 5 days with 2 days for travel, covering 7 days in total.
2. Candidate requirements:
?To have a contractual relationship with their home institution at the time of application and during the mobility.
?To have at least B2 level in the language in which planned mobility activities will be conducted.
?To take responsibility for performing the mobility 2023-2024 academic year during the period of academic activity based on the academic calendar of the host university. Exceptionally, a mobility can be postponed to 2024-2025 academic year. All mobilities should end by 31 July 2025.

3. Selection process:
Grants will be awarded on a competitive basis, based on the qualitative evaluation of applications by A4U Selection Committee consisting of 4 Vice-rectors for International Relations of A4U universities:
?Quality of the proposal in the Mobility Agreement, according to methodology, feasibility, teaching and learning innovation and/or curriculum development,
?Academic record of the candidate, including teaching experience, research, publications, etc. according to CV,
?Relevance and expected impact of the proposal for the host institution and added value upon return to the home institution,
?Motivation according to the statement in the mobility agreement.
The assessment will follow the standards of the “European Peer Review Guide?by the European Science Foundation. If two or more applications are of similar quality, the decision will be guided by:
?giving priority to applicants from disadvantaged backgrounds or with special needs/disabilities, according to the information provided by partner institutions,
?seeking gender balance.
?seeking a balanced distribution of grants among A4U universities.
