To prepare for the 5th Global Young Vietnamese Scholar Forum in 2022 by the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU),in cooperation with the Global Vietnamese Young Scholar Association, the HCYU of International University – VNU HCMC (IU) organizes the ?strong>Digital Transformation in Education and State Management?seminar with the hope to receive valuable opinions that can contribute to the journey of the state’s digital transformation process. The seminar is accompanied by the HCYU of VNU-HCM, organized by the Youth Union of IU Staff & Faculty in collaboration with the IU Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer.

Graduated from Seoul National University, Professor LEE Chong-Min is Professor of English Syntax and Chairperson of the Department of English Education in Chonbuk National University. He was visiting scholar in Harvard-Yenching Institute, University of Arizona and University of Hawaii. Professor Lee’s research interests include English syntax, loanword study, discourse analysis, teaching English grammar, etc.
Professor LEE Seung Chae (Department of Library and Information Science, Chonbuk National University, South Korea) has been studying and teaching Reading. He earned his doctoral degree from Sungkyunkwan University. His fields of interest include Bibliotherapy, Reading Guidance, Children?Literature, etc.

SPEAKERS – Who are they?
The first guest to appear at this week’s conference will be Mr. Ho Viet Hai, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Triip.me. With activity summary as follow:
- Founder / Lead Trainer / Speaker with 10 years of experience in product development and start-up. He founded and developed his own online community of between 0 and 500,000 members within 1.5 years at the University of Buffalo, SUNY. Mr. Hai has extensive experience in building a variety of products such as payment gateways, social networking, carrying hardware, community applications, e-book applications.
- As a regular speaker at global travel conferences in Bhutan, Europe, Japan, China… He won first prize for the World Tourism Forum Lucerne 2015, APEC O2O Competition, 2016. He is also the co-founder and coach of SHIELD Academy – the first and only nursery startup program in Vietnam. He focuses on user experience design, product development, breakthrough growth, customer’s journey design, and public speaking skills training.
- Coached in neurology-linguistics.
- Coached in NLP Training Course.
- Specialization: branding, product and company; Simplify the problem; Community leaders; Appropriate marketing; Government relations; Public speaking skills, keynote presentations, new media and social channels.

- Graduated in Petroleum Drilling and Exploitation, Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University and defended his thesis at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT – Thailand).
- Being a mentor at SME Networking and Mentoring Program, a non-profit project that aims to provide opportunities for young entrepreneurs to communicate and learn through mentoring.
- Specialist at Pvdrilling, one of the leading corporations in the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, a reputable drilling contractor and well service provider in the market.
- Previously worked as a specialist at PTSC_Total Petroleum Technical Services Corporation, Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group.
- Served as Head of Depertment in Drilling Mud Corporation, Drilling Mines and Petroleum Chemicals Company, Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Corporation.
The path of starting a business is not rosy, but our two speakers have been very successful with their projects.
